Josh Brien was the winner of the 5k on an out & back course along the seafront from West Park in perfect running conditions last night.
He won in a time of 17 minutes 36 seconds from Martin Campbell (18.50) & Ben Watts (19.00).
Christina Hoyles won the ladies’ race in 20 minutes 39 seconds, with only six men in front of her & earning herself a personal best at the distance.
Lara James finished second (21.18) & Rosie Adamson was in third place (21.54).
