JSAC Open Meeting @ FB Fields. Open to athletes U13 and above.

PLEASE NOTE: ENTRY FEE OF £5 FOR NON-MEMBERS PAYABLE AT CLUBHOUSE.

Check in at Clubhouse at least 45mins before your event. Timetable may be subject to change – check Facebook for any last minute changes.

Field: Throws (Javelin/Shot) start at 5:15pm, Jumps (LJ & TJ-3 jumps each) start at 6pm – Give yourself time to measure your run up prior to the 6pm start.

Track starts at 6:30pm (Hurdles 6:30pm, 800m 6:50pm, 200m 7:10pm, 3000m 7:25pm). Be at start line at least 10mins before your race starts.

Athletes entering 800m cannot also compete in 200m due to timetabling constraints.

Entrants to Hurdle events need to have demonstrated hurdling competence to their coach

All JSAC Club members should wear Club kit.
