The 5th event of the ADVISA Cross Country series is at St Johns Manor this Saturday. This is the 3rd Senior Race and the venue allows for a course which is quicker and loops in front of the Manor along a gravel driveway. There are no major obstacles and I think a Trail shoe is better for older runners given the driveway .

The Timing of the races is per the previous event and JUNIOR runners should walk the course after THEIR registration at 12:30 NEAR MAIN GATES.

1:15 Under 9 Girls
1:25 Under 9 Boys
1:40 Under 11 Girls
1:55 Under 11 Boys
2:15 Under 13 up to Seniors
