Starting in January, JSAC are offering a 9-week Couch to 5K course for adults new to running. This is a proven programme and requires only reasonable health and a bit of resolve to succeed.
Whether you are aiming to get fit, lose weight or manage stress, our coaches will support your first foray into running
There will be two guided running sessions per week (Tuesdays/Thursdays commencing 18th Jan from 6:30pm) led by Roy McCarthy, an England Athletics qualified running coach. In addition you will be expected to do a third session in your own time. Attendees will also receive a weekly update with feedback and tips.
