Spartan Bouley Bay hill climb results 281213
Teenager Sam Maher was the winner of the Bouley Bay hill climb at the weekend. The youngster roared home in a very good time of 6 minutes 14 seconds to also win the run-of-the-day award, ahead of his dad, Damian, who was second in 6:29. Another teenager Phil Maguire was third in 6:44 out of a field of 44 runners including a lot of Juniors who raced up the mile-long hill.
Jo Gorrod was first woman home in 7:09, second was Sam Lee in 7:50 while Francesca Eddy clocked 8:09 to finish third.
