Sylvia Thompson made a triumphant return in the womens race. Despite having been out with a calf injury for the last two months she was the first woman home and 13th overall in 66 48, her gutsy performance winning her the run of the day award. The next JSAC event is the half marathon on Sunday 17th November at 9am from FB Fields. Entry forms are available at most sports shops.
