In the Summer (approximately March through to October) training sessions are nearly every Sunday morning at the FB Fields from 9.30am to 11.00am. Please try to arrive 5 or 10 minutes early so that we can get the sessions underway on time.
Winter sessions take place at Langford Sports Hall, Mont Millais, again from 9.30am to 11.00am.
Newcomers do not need to become Members of the Club immediately - try a session first and if athletics is something you want to continue with - then we encourage you to join .
In the summer, please ensure all Minis have a plastic bottle of water, sun-cream already on, and a cap if necessary.
We vary each session from week to week, and so in most sessions Minis will normally do training for 3 or 4 events, which may be: sprints, distance (600m), long jump, high jump, relays, hurdles, cricket-ball throws - and maybe some others thrown in.
